Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 This association is named as China Mining and Metallurgical Engineering Society (hereinafter referred to as the Association).
Article 2 This association is committed to liaising with comrades in the study of mining and metallurgy and the development of China's mining and metallurgical industry.
Article 3 The General Conference shall be established at the seat of the Central Government of the Republic of China.
Article 4 This association establishes a branch meeting (the charter is separately set) in various places.
Chapter II Conference
Article 5 The meetings of the Association are as follows:
- I. Research on various mining and metallurgy issues and their promotion.
Second, on the auxiliary improvement of the national mining and metallurgical industry.
- 3. International exchanges on mining and metallurgy technology.
- 4. Compilation and formulation of the terminology of mining and metallurgy.
- V. Matters relating to the establishment of the mining and metallurgy library.
- 6. Issues concerning the publication of various mining and metallurgical books and publications of the Association.
- 7. Entrusted research on public and private institutions and the resolution of issues related to mining and metallurgy.
Chapter III Members
Article 6 The members of the Association are divided into seven members: regular members, secondary members, junior members, permanent members, honorary members, sponsored members and group members.
- 1. Regular members: Anyone who has one of the following qualifications may fill in the application form and be introduced by the two members of the Association.
(1) He has obtained a doctoral degree in mining and metallurgy engineering or related departments at a university or independent college in China and abroad, and has worked in mining and metallurgy engineering for more than four years. He has been in charge of mining and metallurgical engineering for more than one year.
(2) Mastering a master's degree in the locksmithing engineering or related departments at a university or independent college in China and abroad, and having worked in the mining and smelting engineering business for more than six years, and has been in charge of mining and metallurgical engineering for more than two years.
(3) Completing the mining and metallurgical engineering or related departments in universities and independent colleges at home and abroad, and has been engaged in mining and metallurgical engineering business for more than eight years, and has been in charge of mining and metallurgical engineering business for more than three years.
(4) Completed the mining and metallurgical engineering or related departments at the domestic and foreign colleges, and has worked in the mining and metallurgical engineering business for more than ten years. - 2. Secondary members: Anyone who has one of the following qualifications may fill in the application form and be introduced by two members of the Association. After review by the Board of Directors, it will be a member of the Association.
(1) Those who have completed the mining and metallurgical engineering or related departments in universities or independent universities at home and abroad, and have been engaged in mining and metallurgical engineering business for more than three years.
(2) Those who have completed the mining and metallurgical engineering or related departments at the domestic and foreign colleges, and have worked in the mining and metallurgical engineering business for more than five years.
Third, junior members: Anyone who has one of the following qualifications can fill in the application form and be introduced by the two members of the association, and the junior member of the association can be approved by the board of directors.
(1) Completing mining and metallurgical engineering, resources and materials at universities and colleges or colleges at home and abroad; materials science or related departments.
(2) Studying mining and metallurgical engineering, resources and materials at universities and colleges or colleges at home and abroad; students of the Materials Science or related departments.
- 4. Permanent members: Anyone who pays a ten-year annual membership fee at a time may be a permanent member, and will not pay annual membership dues in the future.
- V. Honorary Members: Any senior member who has made special contributions or outstanding achievements to the mining and metallurgical engineering, academic, career or the meeting, or has served as the chairman of the board of directors and the supervisor of the standing supervisor, is recommended and detailed by more than ten supervisors of the board of supervisors. The deeds of special contributions or outstanding achievements shall be submitted to the joint meeting of the supervisors and supervisors. If more than two-thirds of the supervisors pass, they may be honorary members of the association.
Sixth, sponsoring members: Anyone who has enthusiastically sponsored the conference, donated or donated academic activities or offered assembly venues and equipment during the year, and individuals or institutions with NT$10,000 or more received a report to the board of supervisors. Those who pass the meeting review may be sponsored members of the conference.
- 7. Group members: Any institution, school, factory or mine or other group related to mining and metallurgy, who has passed the approval of the board of directors, may be a member of the association and shall be represented by one person to exercise the rights and obligations of the members.
Any professor, associate professor or lecturer who is engaged in the course of mining and metallurgy engineering at a college or above at home and abroad shall be deemed to be responsible for the calculation of engineering experience, and the experience of the assistant professor or the graduate student of the institute shall be regarded as engineering experience.
One of the Article 6 Upgrade Request:
- 1. Where the qualifications of the junior members are suitable for the second member of the secondary membership, they may apply for an upgrade and be certified by the two members. Upon examination by the board of directors, they shall be upgraded to a secondary member.
- 2. If the qualifications of the members of the Zhongzhong Group are suitable for the requirements of the first formal membership, they may apply for an upgrade and be certified by the two members. Upon approval by the Board of Directors, they shall be upgraded to become regular members.
Article 6 bis project application for membership or promotion: Anyone who applies for membership or upgrade does not meet the above requirements, but in the case of mining and metallurgy engineering, there are indeed special achievements, and the certification project consisting of five members of the Association Applications may be approved or upgraded after they have been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
Article 7 Withdrawal, Delisting and Expatriation:
- 1. Anyone who has voluntarily retired from the membership of the Association shall submit a letter of reason and be approved by the Board of Directors.
- 2. Anyone who damages the reputation of the Association or violates the Constitution of the Association shall be notified or removed by the Board of Supervisors through the signature report of more than 10 members of the Board of Directors.
- 3. Any member who is a member, a secondary member or a junior member who fails to pay membership fees for more than one year may stop his or her rights, but will still resume his rights when he or she pays the dues.
- 4. All fees paid by members due to death, loss of membership, or delisting shall not be refunded.
Article 8 The rights of members of the Association are as follows:
- 1. The rights of the members, permanent members and honorary members of the Association:
(1) The right to vote, to vote and to be elected.
(2) Participating in the general meeting of the Association and the temporary meeting.
(3) Enjoy the publications issued by the Association.
(4) Borrowing the books of the Association.
Second, the rights of the secondary members and junior members:
(1) Participating in the general meeting of the Association and the temporary meeting, with voting rights and voting rights, but no right to vote.

Third, the rights of sponsoring members:

(4) Borrowing the books of the Association.
Fourth, the rights of group members:
(1) You may entrust this Council to study and solve problems related to mining and metallurgy projects.
(2) It is necessary to send representatives to participate in the general meeting of the Association and the temporary meeting.

Article 9 Members of this Association shall have the following obligations:
- 1. Obligations of the regular, secondary and junior members of the Association:
(1) Compliance with the Articles of Association and resolutions of the Association and payment of dues on time.
(2) To undertake investigations, research, lectures, submissions of the publications of the Association and other obligations to maintain the affairs of the Association.
- 2. Permanent members, honorary members and sponsored members are exempt from paying membership fees, but they have the obligation to assist the meeting.
Third, group members have the obligation to pay their dues.
Chapter IV Organization
Article 10 The General Assembly shall be the highest authority by the member (member representative) meeting, and shall act on its behalf during the intersessional period of the member (member representative) meeting.
The association will be divided into regions with more than 300 members, and 61 members will be elected by the number of members. The member representative assembly will be held to exercise the powers of the general assembly. The members will serve for two years and will be re-elected.
Article 11 The council shall have 27 directors, 7 alternate directors, 7 supervisors, and 2 alternate supervisors. The members with voting rights (member representatives) shall be elected by way of assembly or communication, but the communication election shall not be continuous. Handle. The board of directors is composed of directors, and nine members are elected as executive directors. The board of directors elects one of the standing directors as the chairman of the board of directors. The term of office is two years, and the re-election is re-elected.
The board of supervisors is composed of supervisors and elects one person as the standing supervisor for a term of two years, and is re-elected.
The term of office of the Supervisory Board of the Association is two years and may be re-elected, but the number of re-elections shall not exceed two-thirds, which shall be determined by election votes.
The supervisors of the Association are all volunteers.
Article 12 The chairman of the board of directors shall represent the general meeting of the committee, act as the member (member representative) conference and the chairman of the board of directors, implement the resolutions of the members (member representatives) conference and the board of directors, and represent the association externally. When the chairman is unable to perform his duties, the executive director will push one agent for each other. The chairman of the board of directors retires, that is, he is appointed as an honorary director; when he is in charge of the board of supervisors, he is invited to attend the meeting.
Article 13 The duties of the Council are as follows:
- I. Resolutions This Council will conduct various affairs and organize various committees to implement them.
Second, review and approve the annual financial revenue and expenditure budget and final accounts.
Third, report the annual financial status.
- 4. Selecting honorary members and sponsoring members.
- 5. Decide to join the membership.
Article 14 The duties of the Standing Council are as follows:
- 1. Supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the Council.
Second, review and pass detailed methods for implementing the business.
Article 15 The duties of the board of supervisors are as follows:
- 1. Review the budget and final accounts of the Association.
Second, supervise the funds of the Association.
Third, investigate and deal with relevant disciplinary matters.
- 4. Other relevant supervision matters.
- 5. The standing supervisors handle daily inspections.
Article 16 The Association shall have one Secretary-General and one or three of the Deputy Secretaries-General shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.
The duties of the Secretary-General are as follows:
- 1. Adhering to the resolutions of the Executive Board of the Board of Directors, handling conferences and business.
- 2. Handling all meetings of the board of directors, members (members' representatives) and the temporary meeting, and recording the meeting matters.
- 3. Record and save the member's name and resume.
- 4. Supervise accounting and cashier matters.
- 5. Sending and receiving and keeping all reports, lists, and various documents of the Association.
Sixth, the custody of this Council will be printed.
- 7. Custody of various property contracts and books of the Association.
- 8. Custody of various funds and assets of the Association.
Article 17 After the resolution of the board of directors, the board of directors may set up committees to hold separate meetings. The chairman of the board of directors shall be elected by the chairman of the board of directors and nominated by the board of directors. Members are appointed by the chairman of the board of directors, all of whom are responsible.
The committee's organizational rules are adopted by the board of directors and submitted to the competent authority for verification.
Article 18 If one of the following circumstances is concerned, the supervisor of the Association shall be dismissed immediately, and the shortcoming shall be supplemented by the alternate director and the alternate supervisor respectively:
First, the loss of membership
- 2. Resignation for any reason, approved by the board of directors or the board of supervisors.
Third, the person who was dismissed.
- 4. Abolished positions shall be rescinded by a resolution of the general assembly.
- 5. During the period of suspension of the powers, one-half of the term of office.
The Board of Supervisors shall perform its duties. If there is any violation of the law, the resolutions of the Association or the resolutions of the General Assembly shall be removed by the members (members' representatives) in addition to the relevant laws and the Articles of Association.
Chapter V Election
Article 19 The election of the members of the Board of Supervisors and the members' representative of the General Assembly shall be elected by the two former members of the Board of Directors and the current Chairman of the Board of Directors at the time, organizing the Selection Committee and being chaired by the current Chairman. convener.
The duties of the Selection Committee are as follows:
- 1. Decide on the reference list of candidate supervisors. The number of candidates shall be more than the same amount, and the members (member representatives) shall be elected.
Second, determine the reference list of candidates for member representatives of the member representative assembly. The number of the members shall be more than the same amount, and the members who have the right to vote shall be notified three months before the member representative assembly.
Third, the report is elected to the member (member representative) conference or temporary meeting.
Article 20 A member who is a member of more than ten members may propose a candidate director or supervisor. The proposal of the candidate supervisor must be submitted to the committee for selection three months before the member (member representative) meeting. The department may not repeat it.
Article 21 The handover of new and old employees shall be carried out within two months after the annual membership (member representative) meeting.
Chapter VI Meeting
Article 22 The members (members' representatives) meeting shall be held once a year. If necessary, a resolution of the board of directors, or a letter from the board of supervisors, or a request of more than one-fifth of the members, may be held.
- 1. The member (member representative) conference is mainly transactional, and its business is as follows:
(1) Discussion of the revised charter.
(2) Listening to the election results of the board of supervisors.
(iii) The Council of the Resolution proposes an event.
(iv) Hearing the report of the Council
