Conference comprehensive report

The comprehensive report on the implementation of the 105-year conference work of the Association is as follows:

A, conference work

  1. I. Selection Committee:

According to Article 19 of the Chapter, the election of the supervisors and member representatives of the Association was elected by the two former directors (Mr. Zhu Qiulong and Mr. Wu Rongzhang) and the current Chairman (Lin Hongnan). Members, composed of the selection committee, and the current convener of Lin Hongnan as the convener, elected the representative of the 58th member congress in March of the same year.

Second, the medal committee:

(1) According to the provisions of Article 19 of the Chapter, the election of the supervisors and member representatives of the Association, the two former members of the board of directors (Mr. Zhu Qiulong and Mr. Wu Rongzhang) and the current Chairman (Lin Hongnan) He served as the election committee member, formed the selection committee, and was appointed as the convener of the current chairman Lin Hongnan. In March 105, he elected the representative of the 58th member congress.

(2) A total of one recommendation letter was received as of August 31, 105, and at 10:30 am on Tuesday, September 20, the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Yi Hongting, held the meeting to review the qualifications and vote.

It was approved by the 58th 4th Board of Supervisors and was accepted as a recipient. The annual meeting was accepted at the 105th annual meeting.

  1. 3. Joint meeting of the governors and supervisors:

            Three proposals for the 9.104 annual general meeting were submitted to the Public Works Committee of the Executive Yuan, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Environmental Protection Agency.

            (1) At the end of August this year, the speech was presented to the chairman of the board of directors. He was allowed to retire. During his tenure, he was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors and the supervisors and directors of the board of supervisors.
